Muscle & Fitness hers has an exclusive partnership with various Powerhouse Gym and Gold's Gym
establishments across the country. As our marketing partners, these facilities conduct onsite sampling and/or
literature distribution programs in respective gym locations and can tailor sampling initiatives based on client’s
preferred target demographics. Samples and or literature will be prominently displayed during peak traffic
hours, as well client can create a mini-boutique to showcase product line and incent trial. client signage may
also be displayed throughout the club to maximize brand exposure and awareness

are eager to learn about the latest in exercise, nutritional and lifestyle trends. client will have the opportunity to
showcase their brand online via banner ads, hot links and/or text ads. client may also choose to be featured
within the "Message Board" interactive chat-room link. The Muscle & Fitness hers online message board is a
highly utilized area of the site, where users exchange exercise tips, diet and health information, discuss sex
and relationships, as well as chat about anything and everything related to her lifestyle.
List Rental
This program allows client to gather reader feedback, information regarding hobbies/interests or forward any
other direct mail announcements regarding their respective product/service to enthusiast readers. In utilizing
the list rental, client may take advantage of a highly-targeted marketing opportunity to extend their brand
message to an exclusive group of active, lifestyle conscious readers. The list can be categorized and tailored

featuring their products and/or services. Muscle & Fitness hers will create a dynamic, 1/3 page sweepstakes advertorial that promotes client’s tagline and product logo gives readers the opportunity to win incredible
prizes. Grand prizes, which are provided by Muscle & Fitness hers may include private training sessions,
complimentary gym membership or fitness equipment. In-book contests provide an ideal opportunity for client
to support new product launches and create invaluable brand exposure.
